Section 21-1204 – Violation of 21-820 or 21-1111 of This Title

    (a)    A person who violates any provision of § 21–820 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.     (b)    For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.

Section 21-1205 – Violation of 21-819 of This Title

    (a)    A person who violates § 21-819 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:         (1)    For a first offense, a fine not exceeding $300; or         (2)    For a subsequent offense, a fine not exceeding $500.     (b)    For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
