Section 21-1202 – Violation of 21-436 of This Title

    (a)    A person who violates any provision of § 21-436 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $50.     (b)    Half of any fine collected under this section shall be paid to the school board of the county where the violation occurred.

Section 21-1204 – Violation of 21-820 or 21-1111 of This Title

    (a)    A person who violates any provision of § 21–820 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.     (b)    For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.

Section 21-1205 – Violation of 21-819 of This Title

    (a)    A person who violates § 21-819 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:         (1)    For a first offense, a fine not exceeding $300; or         (2)    For a subsequent offense, a fine not exceeding $500.     (b)    For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.

Section 21-1206 – Violation of 21-818 and 21-1110 of This Title

    A person who violates any provision of the following sections of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500:         (1)    § 21-818 of this title; and         (2)    § 21-1110 of this title.

Section 21-1214 – Violation of Subtitle 3 of This Title

    (a)    (1)    Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, any person who violates any provision of Subtitle 3 of this title or any rule or regulation adopted under Subtitle 3 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:             (i)    For a first offense, a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment […]
