Section 24-202 – Racket Sports Facilities Personnel

    (a)    At all times during business hours, each privately owned and commercially operated indoor racket sports facility shall have on the premises personnel who are certified to administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation.     (b)    This section may not be construed as creating any civil or criminal liability.
