Section 5-618 – Short Title
The provisions of this Part I of this subtitle shall be known and may be cited as the “Health Care Decisions Act”.
Section 5-619 – Definitions
(a) In this Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) “Advance directive” has the meaning stated in § 5–601 of this subtitle. (c) “Registrant” means an individual who registers an advance directive with an electronic advance directives service recognized by the Maryland Health Care Commission.
