Section 7.5-301 – “Council” Defined

    In this subtitle, “Council” means the Behavioral Health Advisory Council.

Section 7.5-302 – Council Established

    There is a Behavioral Health Advisory Council in the Office of the Governor.

Section 7.5-303 – Membership; Chair; Term

Section 7.5-304 – Procedures; Compensation and Reimbursement for Expenses; Staff
