Each individual served by a behavioral health program is entitled to the rights that are: (1) Identified in the behavioral health program’s accreditation standards; or (2) Established for nonaccredited behavioral health programs by the Department in regulations.
(a) An individual or organization may not operate a behavioral health program in violation of this subtitle.
