Section 21-502 – Termination of Title

    Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Program Evaluation Act, the provisions of this title and of any rule or regulation adopted under this title shall terminate and be of no effect after July 1, 2027.

Section 20-405 – Penalties

    A person who violates any provision of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:         (1)    A fine not exceeding $1,000 for a first offense; and         (2)    A fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both for any subsequent violation of the same provision.

Section 20-501 – Short Title

    This title may be cited as the “Maryland Certification of Residential Child Care Program Professionals Act”.

Section 20-502 – Termination of Title
