Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice polysomnography in this State unless licensed to practice polysomnography by the Board.

This subtitle may be cited as the “Maryland Polysomnography Act”.
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act and subject to the termination of this title under § 14–702 of this title, this subtitle and all regulations adopted under this subtitle shall terminate and be of no effect after July 1, 2030.
