Section 17-501 – Application for Trainee Status, License, or Certificate

    To apply for trainee status, a license, or a certificate, an applicant shall:         (1)    Submit an application on the form that the Board requires;         (2)    Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board; and         (3)    Submit to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 17–501.1 of this subtitle.
