Section 2-3B-06 – Licensed Assistant Under General Supervision of Audiologist — Limit on Number of Supervised Assistants
(a) A licensed audiology assistant shall assist the practice of audiology under the general supervision of a licensed audiologist. (b) A licensed audiologist may provide general supervision for not more than two licensed audiology assistants at any time.

Section 2-403 – Making False Statements in Applications
A person may not knowingly make a false, material statement in an application for a license or a limited license or for renewal of a license or a limited license.
