(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) “Board” means the Community Development Board. (c) “Fund” means the Community Development Fund. (d) “Program” means the Community Development Program.
(a) There is a Community Development Program in the Department. (b) The purpose of the Program is to provide financial assistance for community development projects and community development organizations around the State.
The Department shall: (1) administer the Program; and (2) adopt regulations to carry out the Program.
