Section 18-102 – Applicability of Title 12

    Title 12 of this article applies to the Queen Anne’s Authority except where it is inconsistent with this title.

Section 18-103 – Housing Authority of Queen Anne’s County Established

    The Housing Authority of Queen Anne’s County is a public body corporate and politic that:         (1)    exercises public and essential governmental functions; and         (2)    has all the powers necessary or convenient to carry out the purposes of this Division II.

Section 18-104 – Actions Required of Board of County Commissioners
