Section 7-129 – Interagency Disabilities Board — Chair

Section 7-122 – Compensation; Staff

    (a)    A member of the Commission:         (1)    may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but         (2)    if the Secretary approves, is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.     (b)    The Department shall provide staff to the Commission as necessary.
