Section 9-222 – Applicability of Other Laws
(a) Title 3, Subtitle 8A of the Courts Article governs detention, adjudication, disposition, and place and period of commitment of children in need of supervision and delinquent children. (b) The Department shall be subject to State finance and procurement laws under the State Finance and Procurement Article.
