Section 18-112 – Preparation and Submission to Counties

    The Commission shall prepare and submit a 6–year capital improvements program:         (1)    before November 1 of each odd–numbered calendar year to the County Executive and County Council of Montgomery County; and         (2)    before January 15 of each calendar year to the County Executive and County Council of Prince George’s County.
