Section 25-801 – Powers and Duties of County Planning Board

Section 25-802 – Cooperation With Other Agencies and Organizations
The county planning board, in the development and conduct of its recreation programs and in scheduling the use of publicly owned land or buildings for the conduct of the programs, shall cooperate with recognized and generally accepted agencies, groups, and organizations that may request to use the land or buildings.
Section 25-803 – Grants and Gifts
The county planning board may accept grants and gifts from any source to carry out this subtitle.
Section 25-804 – Regulations
The county planning board may adopt regulations to carry out this subtitle.
Section 25-805 – Advisory Committees on Recreation
(a) Subject to confirmation by the County Council, the County Executive: (1) shall appoint a standing advisory committee on recreation, which shall be representative of the residents of the county; and (2) may appoint additional advisory committees on recreation as necessary. (b) The county planning board may make recommendations regarding the functions and membership of the advisory committees.
