Section 29-109 – Annual Report
(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Commission shall file with the County Commissioners of St. Mary’s County a comprehensive report of its activities at least once every 12 months. (b) The Commission may not reveal any confidential information in the report to the county commissioners.

(a) There is a Baltimore City Police Department Death Relief Fund. (b) (1) The Fund is an instrumentality of the State. (2) The Fund is the successor relief fund to any previous relief fund administered by the Police Commissioner of Baltimore City.

From among its members, the Commission shall elect a chair.
Section 28-105 – Quorum; Meetings; Compensation
(a) Five members of the Commission are a quorum. (b) The Commission shall meet on or before the December 31 immediately following appointment. (c) A member of the Commission: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses as authorized by the County Commissioners of Allegany County.
