Section 8-734 – Security Interest — Disclosure of Information

    A secured party named in a certificate of title, on written request of the owner, shall disclose any pertinent information as to the security agreement and the indebtedness secured by the security agreement in accordance with § 9-208 of the Commercial Law Article.

Section 8-736 – Security Interest — Forms; Investigations

    (a)    The Department shall prescribe and provide suitable forms of applications, certificates of title, notices of security interests, and all other notices and forms necessary to carry out §§ 8-729 through 8-736 of this subtitle.     (b)    The Department may make necessary investigations to procure information required to carry out §§ 8-729 through 8-736 of this subtitle.
