Section 13A-1016 – Willfully Disobeying Superior Commissioned Officer

Section 13A-1001 – Principals
A person subject to this title is a principal, if the person: (1) commits an offense punishable by this title, or aids, abets, counsels, commands, or procures its commission; or (2) causes an act to be done which, if directly performed by the person, would be punishable by this title.
