Section 9.5-501 – Definitions

    (a)    In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.     (b)    “Commission” means the Commission on LGBTQ Affairs.     (c)    “LGBTQ” means lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer.

Section 9.5-310 – Affidavit

    Before formal recognition of Maryland Indian status, members of the petitioning group shall submit an affidavit renouncing all tribal rights of ownership of land in the State.

Section 9.5-311 – Regulations
