Section 2-1201 – Definitions

    (a)    In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.     (b)    “Department” means the Department of Legislative Services.     (c)    “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Department.

Section 2-1202 – Department Established

    There is a Department of Legislative Services in the Legislative Branch of the State government.
