Section 2-1801 – Privileges for Members of General Assembly

    (a)    Privileges from testifying for members of the General Assembly are found in § 9-122 of the Courts Article.     (b)    Provisions relating to civil immunity for acts and omissions in the performance of constituent services by members of the General Assembly are found in § 5-525 and § 5-526 of the Courts Article.
