Section 2-401 – “Committee” Defined

    In this subtitle, “Committee” means the Legislative Policy Committee.

    There is a Legislative Policy Committee.

Section 2-403 – Membership

    The President and the Speaker are cochairmen of the Committee.

Section 2-405 – Vacancies During Interim

Section 2-408 – Subpoenas; Oaths; Testimony; Depositions
