Section 15-505 – License Fee
(a) Each licensee shall pay an annual fee to the Administration for each license year or part of a license year for which the license is issued. (b) The annual license fee shall be established by the Administration.
Section 15-401 – “License” Defined
In this subtitle, “license” means a vehicle salesman’s license issued by the Administration under this subtitle.
Section 15-506 – Scope of License
A license issued under this subtitle authorizes the licensee to conduct the business of an automotive dismantler and recycler or scrap processor, as the case may be, during the license year for which it is issued.

Section 15-403 – License Issued Only to Individuals
A license may not be issued under this subtitle to a partnership, corporation, or other entity. It only may be applied for by and issued to an individual.

Section 15-405 – Application for License
In addition to the information required under Subtitle 1 of this title, each application for a license shall include: (1) The name and business address of the licensed dealer by whom the applicant is or will be employed; or (2) A statement that the applicant is himself a licensed dealer.
