Section 16-813.1 – Obtaining License by Misrepresentation Unlawful

    (a)    A person may not knowingly or fraudulently obtain a commercial driver’s license by misrepresentation.     (b)    A person convicted of a violation of this section is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 5 years or a fine not exceeding $10,000 or both.
