(a) If any motorcycle carries a passenger other than in a sidecar or enclosed cab, the motorcycle shall be equipped with footrests for the passenger. (b) A person may not operate any motorcycle with handlebars more than 20 inches in height above the part of the seat occupied by the operator.

Section 21-1402 – Application of Other Provisions to Vehicular Crossings
Unless specifically modified or changed by this subtitle, each provision of the Maryland Vehicle Law applicable to motor vehicles on highways applies on all Authority highways.
