Section 5-1102 – Enforcement of Aeronautics Laws
The Administration and all police officers shall enforce and assist in the enforcement of: (1) This title and the rules, regulations, and orders adopted under it; and (2) All other aeronautics laws of this State.
Section 5-1103 – Court Aid
The Administration, in the name of this State, may enforce this title and the rules, regulations, and orders adopted under it, by application for injunction or other judicial process.
