Section 6-601 – Registration of Order for Enforcement
[Text of section applicable as provided by 2016, 53, Sec. 2.] Section 6–601. Registration of order for enforcement. A support order or an income-withholding order issued in another state or a foreign support order may be registered in the commonwealth for enforcement.
Section 6-608 – Confirmed Order
Section 6–608. Confirmed order. Confirmation of a registered support order, whether by operation of law or after notice and hearing, precludes further contest of the order with respect to any matter that could have been asserted at the time of registration.
Section 7-709 – Partial Enforcement
Section 7–709. Partial enforcement. If a tribunal of the commonwealth does not recognize and enforce a Convention support order in its entirety, it shall enforce any severable part of the order.
