80-8-403. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) ”Department” means the department of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001. (2) ”Director” means the director of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001. (3) ”School district” means a school district established according to Title 20, chapter 6. History: En.
