NRS 1A.320 – Service credit: Commencement; termination.

Service credit for a member of the Judicial Retirement Plan begins on the day the member’s term of office begins and terminates on the day the term of office expires, unless sooner terminated on the day of the member’s death, resignation or removal from office.
