A judge of the Court of Appeals shall not absent himself or herself from this State for more than 90 consecutive days. A violation of the provisions of this section shall work a forfeiture of office. (Added to NRS by 2013, 1708)
The judges of the Court of Appeals have power in any part of the State to take and certify: 1. The acknowledgment of conveyances and the satisfaction of a judgment of any court. 2. An affidavit to be used in any court of justice in this State. (Added to NRS by 2013, 1708)
