NRS 130.7012 – “Application” defined.

“Application” means a request under the Convention by an obligee or obligor, or on behalf of a child, made through a central authority for assistance from another central authority. (Added to NRS by 2009, 120; A 2015, 895)

NRS 130.7013 – “Central authority” defined.
