NRS 200.800 – Definitions.

As used in NRS 200.800 to 200.840, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 200.810 and 200.820 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2013, 993)

NRS 200.810 – “Health care procedure” defined.

“Health care procedure” means any medical procedure, other than a surgical procedure, that requires a license to perform pursuant to chapters 630 to 637, inclusive, 639, 640 or 653 of NRS. (Added to NRS by 2013, 993; A 2019, 2717)
