As used in NRS 218A.800 to 218A.825, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 218A.806 to 218A.815, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2020, 32nd Special Session, 10)
“Authorized remote-technology system” means any system or other means of communication which is approved by the Director and which uses any electronic, digital or other similar technology to enable a person from a remote location to attend, participate, vote or take any other action in any committee meeting even though the person is not physically […]
