NRS 232.930 – Director: Appointment; classification; other employment prohibited.
The Director: 1. Is appointed by, is responsible to, and serves at the pleasure of the Governor. 2. Is in the unclassified service of the State. 3. Shall not engage in any other gainful employment or occupation. (Added to NRS by 1993, 1481)
NRS 232.932 – Designation of critical need occupations for waiver of certain fees granted to veterans.
