NRS 232.010 – Definitions.

As used in NRS 232.010 to 232.162, inclusive: 1. “Department” means the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. 2. “Director” means the Director of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. NRS 232.020 – Creation; responsibility for administering law.

There is hereby created the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, in which is vested the administration of the provisions of NRS 232.010 to 232.162, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1957, 646; A 1989, 512; 1993, 1482; 2013, 3386; 2015, 699; 2019, 580, 3703)
