An action against an authority must be brought in the county in which the principal office of the authority is located. (Added to NRS by 2011, 749)
NRS 277B.410 – Conveyance of real property rights by governmental entity to authority.
The governing body of a county, city or other governmental entity may convey title or rights and easements to any real property to an authority to effect any purpose of the authority. (Added to NRS by 2011, 748)
