NRS 293.900 – Definitions.
As used in NRS 293.900 to 293.920, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 293.902 and 293.904 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2017, 1556)
NRS 293.902 – “Confidential information” defined.
“Confidential information” means personal information deemed confidential pursuant to NRS 293.906. (Added to NRS by 2017, 1556)
