NRS 293.900 – Definitions.

As used in NRS 293.900 to 293.920, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 293.902 and 293.904 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2017, 1556)

NRS 293.904 – “Personal information” defined.

“Personal information” means: 1. The home address of a person; 2. The home address of the spouse, domestic partner or minor child of a person; and 3. Any telephone number or electronic mail address of a person, but does not include an assessor’s parcel number. (Added to NRS by 2017, 1556)
