NRS 304.200 – Definitions. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]

As used in NRS 304.200 to 304.250, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 304.210 and 304.220 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2003, 765; R 2021, 1980, effective January 1, 2022)
