NRS 329.150 – Authority to record corner record.

NRS 329.030 – Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 329.040 to 329.130, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in such sections. (Added to NRS by 1969, 630)
NRS 329.040 – “Accessory to a corner” defined.
“Accessory to a corner” means any exclusively identifiable physical object whose spatial relationship to the corner is recorded. Accessories to a corner may be bearing trees, bearing objects, monuments, reference monuments, line trees, pits, mounds, charcoal-filled bottles, steel or wooden stakes or other physical objects. NRS 329.050 – “Board” defined.
