NRS 349.935 – Definitions.

As used in NRS 349.935 to 349.961, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 349.936 to 349.945, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 1987, 2273)
