NRS 388D.310 – “Participant” defined.
“Participant” means a person who has been approved by the Office of the Military to participate in the Program. The term includes: 1. A pupil enrolled in a challenge school; and 2. A person participating in the nonresidential component of the Program. (Added to NRS by 2019, 1980)
