NRS 410.040 – “Automotive graveyard” defined.

“Automotive graveyard” means any establishment or place of business which is maintained, used or operated for storing, keeping, processing, buying or selling wrecked, abandoned, scrapped, ruined or dismantled motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts. (Added to NRS by 1971, 559)
