NRS 415A.010 – Short title.

This chapter may be cited as the Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act. (Added to NRS by 2011, 941)

NRS 415A.020 – Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 415A.030 to 415A.180, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2011, 941)
