NRS 433B.100 – “Treatment” defined.

“Treatment” means any combination of procedures or activities for the mental health of children, of whatever level of intensity and whatever duration, ranging from occasional counseling sessions to full-time admission to a residential facility. (Added to NRS by 1993, 2709)
