NRS 439.497 – Definitions.

As used in NRS 439.497 to 439.499, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 439.4972 and 439.4974 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2021, 3132)

NRS 439.4974 – “Lupus and its variants” defined.

“Lupus and its variants” means a chronic autoimmune disease that occurs when the immune system attacks tissues and organs which can cause inflammation and pain in any part of the body of the person with the disease. (Added to NRS by 2021, 3132)

NRS 439.499 – Limitation on civil and criminal liability.
