NRS 447.310 – “Employee” defined.
“Employee” means any natural person in the service of an employer operating a public accommodation facility who provides such service under any appointment or contract of hire or apprenticeship, express or implied, oral or written, whether lawfully or unlawfully employed. NRS 447.315 – “Health authority” defined.
“Health authority” means the officers and agents of the district health department or, in a location that is not part of a health district, the officers and agents of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services.
