NRS 450B.340 – Designation of officer to receive notifications and responses and make requests on behalf of emergency response employees.
Each employer of emergency response employees in this State shall designate at least one employee to serve as a designated officer to receive notifications and responses and make requests on behalf of its emergency response employees pursuant to NRS 450B.340 to 450B.390, inclusive.
