NRS 455C.100 – Owner of boiler, elevator or pressure vessel to obtain permit from Division; exception.

The owner of a boiler, elevator or pressure vessel must obtain a permit issued by the Division before the boiler, elevator or pressure vessel may be operated unless the Division has provided an exemption for the boiler, elevator or pressure vessel pursuant to NRS 455C.110.
