NRS 460.100 – Definitions.
As used in NRS 460.100 to 460.160, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 460.110, 460.133 and 460.139 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2001, 680; A 2005, 243; 2021, 1167)
